How to Design Apps that People Want to Use (Without Wasting Time or Money)
Imagine the feeling of pressing the submit button on the App Store with your super sticky app idea.
It's a HUGE accomplishment.
It's thrilling.
It's the moment of truth.
Your heart is beating through the roof!
Right now, your app is a tap away from being downloaded and installed on millions of devices.
Fast forward three weeks as you watch the downloads roll in—along with a bucket of cash—wahoo!
Your heart stops—something's wrong . . .
Three months ago, you invested $15,000 and . . . only 53 people downloaded your app and you discover that bucket of cash is just a tip jar full of coins. Your revenue is $0.99 (thanks Mom!) minus Apple's 30% cut from a single in-app purchase . . . $0.69.
What went wrong?
Join app developer, Paul Solt, and user experience researcher/designer, Heidi Trost, in an eye opening app workshop on Wednesday April 12th, where you'll learn how to create apps that people want to use. You'll learn why 75% of apps are never opened a second time and how you can leverage user testing before you become one of the 99% of apps to lose money.
They'll help you save your time and money by answering the following questions:
-
How do you create an app people want to use?
-
Why do people want your app?
-
How do you know what features to make?
You'll learn:
-
How not to waste your life savings by using a design plan
-
How to establish a need for your idea
-
How to test your idea before you build it
-
What skills and people are required to launch your app
